Allmusic not recognizing my subscription, complaining about ad blocker.

Today I renewed my subscription for a year. However, upon visiting any Allmusic page in iOS Safari, the site complains about my ad blocker ("It looks like you're using an ad blocker"). It offers me the option of logging in ("Continue With An Annual Subscription - Already a subscriber? Log in"), but when I log in it once again shows me the large complaint about me using an ad blocker.

Additionally, when I use a desktop computer and I log in and view my account, there seems to be no sign of having an active subscription. I have the paypal receipt in my inbox, so it definitely went through.

What is wrong here?

Seems to be OK now. I had this issue ages ago then not for a long time, it started again just last week. I've signed on and off lots in the mean time but I'll keep an eye on it, thanks.

Since I'm on here may I ask when you guys will be launching an Android app? - I spend more of my life on AllMusic than anything else, and I'd love it to be a little more accessible on the go.

We don't have plans to launch a mobile app due to the cost associated with licensing the music data for multiple additional platforms.

Hello, I'm new here and don't know if I can post a unique question. However I'm getting this same problem, it crops up now and again. I've had a paid subscription for some years but I keep getting the blocking page when I click on a link. My Adblocker is disabled, I do have a paid subscription. What's going wrong?

Appreciate if anyone can help me out.

We see your account in good standing so this shouldn't be happening.
If you log out and log in again, does it resolve the issue?

Sorry about that.
Occasionally the system doesn't register the payment but we've got you correct in the database now and we've extended your subscription to the end of September 2023.
