Could you please refund my membership money?

I just paid the $12, and not only is your site still not recognizing me as a paid subscriber, but I've now read numerous tales of people who still see ads even after having paid. I love your site and will pay for it when it's functioning properly, but for now it seems like I wasted my money at best and was scammed at worst.

Hi Daniel,
Occasionally we have an issue with PayPal where it charges the user and fails to make it to our system.

We recognized this error this morning and corrected it, plus added another month to your subscription so you should be good through July 18, 2022.

Sorry about that, and thanks for notifying us.
